The University of Central Florida has a leading role in the transportation research area in both Central Florida and nationwide.  Since 1990 the university has been involved in several transportation research projects in the area of planning, traffic operation, and environmental analysis.   It is the center's ultimate goal to enhance the transportation systems in planning, design, operation, management, and safety.  A list of the CATSS projects is provided here with a brief description of each.  Should you need any further information on specific projects, please feel free to contact the principal investigator (PI) of the project.
